OK, look:

Ian Lurie, LLC is pretty much one person. Me. I work with contractors and clients. I want them to expect certain things of me, and I expect certain things of them:

**Be respectful** of differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make clients, partners, and anyone else unique.

**Be flexible** when needs require it.

**Support coolness** when folks want to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.
